Reports claim Vicky Kaushal reprises Major Vihan Shergill in the upcoming action-packed sequel.
Vicky Kaushal is reportedly set to appear alongside Ranveer Singh in the much-anticipated sequel Dhrundhar 2. The actor has already completed his scenes before the first film’s release. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the sequel follows the success of the original Dhrundhar, with Vicky reprising his role as Major Vihan Shergill from Uri: The Surgical Strike.
Fans can also expect appearances from Ar Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, and Arjun Rampal. The film, part of a planned cinematic universe, will integrate stories across different timelines, including nods to Uri. While Akshay Kumar’s role will be limited to flashbacks, excitement for the sequel continues to grow. Dhrundhar 2 is scheduled for a March 19, 2026 release, with the trailer expected in February.
