WASHINGTON, United States – Web Desk: US President Donald Trump said his administration achieved major successes, including its handling of Venezuela and the conflict involving Iran, while addressing celebrations marking America’s 250th anniversary.
Speaking at the commemorative event, Trump praised the American people as “the bravest and the best in the world” and said the United States remains a global symbol of hope and freedom. He stressed that Americans enjoy complete religious freedom and would never allow anyone to take away their liberty.
The US president also declared that his administration would never allow America to fail. Referring to speculation about another presidential bid, Trump remarked that he “could talk about a third term” but would not do so because he did not want to create controversy.
Highlighting his administration’s foreign policy, Trump said the United States had achieved remarkable success during his tenure, pointing to developments involving Venezuela and Iran. He further claimed that the US military remains the strongest in the world.
Speaking about the Panama Canal, Trump described it as the “eighth wonder of the world” and said around 38,000 Americans lost their lives during its construction, calling it one of history’s greatest engineering achievements.
The speech formed part of nationwide celebrations marking the 250th anniversary of the United States, with Trump outlining his administration’s achievements and vision for the country’s future.
