Thousands Protest in Tel Aviv Demanding Netanyahu End Iran War

Date:

Tel Aviv, Israel – Web Desk: Thousands of Israeli citizens rallied in central Tel Aviv to protest Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s aggressive policies and demand an immediate halt to the ongoing conflict with Iran.

Despite public assembly restrictions amid wartime, demonstrators gathered with banners reading “No Bombing, Negotiate” and “End the Never-Ending War.” They voiced skepticism over the government’s justifications for the war, questioning whether the conflict serves Netanyahu’s personal agenda, including delaying his trial.

Elon Lee Green, co-director of the Israeli-Palestinian advocacy group Standing Together, said police attempted to silence their voices but emphasized that citizens must demand the cessation of hostilities in Iran, Lebanon, Gaza, and the West Bank.

Protesters criticized the lack of clarity regarding the objectives, duration, and measures of success in the ongoing conflict, highlighting growing domestic dissent against the government’s military actions.
