Belgrade, Serbia – Web Desk: Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has reportedly commented on the alleged damage to India’s Russian-made S-400 air defence system, according to media reports, saying that available data and visual evidence suggest the radar system may have been targeted during recent India-Pakistan hostilities.
In a recent interview, Vučić, speaking in what was described as an analytical capacity, referred to the performance of Chinese military technology in the reported conflict and said that satellite imagery indicated damage to radar installations, including components associated with the S-400 system.
He stated that satellite-based assessments showed locations where radar systems were reportedly hit, while noting that such analyses are based on available intelligence and publicly accessible data.
The Serbian president’s remarks have been cited in media reports as aligning with claims that parts of the air defence infrastructure were affected during the confrontation, although official confirmation from India has not been independently verified.
Military analysts note that assessments by third-party observers often rely on satellite imagery and open-source intelligence, which may require further verification.
The comments come amid ongoing information warfare and competing narratives between regional actors regarding the scale and impact of military engagements.
