Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and Egypt’s foreign ministers will arrive in Pakistan on Sunday at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, the Foreign Office said on Saturday.
According to the spokesperson, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud will visit Pakistan from March 29 to March 30, alongside the foreign ministers of Türkiye and Egypt for high-level diplomatic consultations.
The visit comes at a time of heightened regional tensions, with discussions expected to focus on de-escalation efforts, regional peace, and diplomatic coordination.
The three visiting ministers are also scheduled to meet Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif during their stay in Islamabad.
Officials said the talks will cover bilateral relations, regional security, economic cooperation, and diplomatic initiatives aimed at reducing tensions in the wider Middle East and South Asian region.
The visit follows recent reports that Pakistan played a diplomatic role in conveying proposals between Washington and Tehran regarding a possible ceasefire framework.
