Islamabad – Web Desk: Amid escalating tensions between Iran, the United States, and Israel, both Russia and China have urged Washington to take a more constructive role.
Sergey Lavrov, during a phone call with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, emphasized that the US should avoid ultimatum-style threats and prioritize diplomacy. He stated that all parties should refrain from actions that could undermine ongoing talks.
Similarly, Wang Yi highlighted the importance of restoring crucial maritime routes like the Strait of Hormuz, stating that such efforts are only feasible through ceasefire and dialogue.
These diplomatic exchanges come at a time when the region faces growing instability due to heightened Iran-US-Israel tensions, raising concerns over broader geopolitical and economic impacts.
