Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – Web Desk: A senior adviser to the United Arab Emirates president has said that countries across the Middle East are bearing the consequences of Iran’s regional ambitions, calling for a renewed commitment to sovereignty, stability and non-interference in domestic affairs.
UAE Presidential Adviser Anwar Gargash stated that nations stretching from the Arabian Gulf to Yemen, Lebanon and Iraq have all paid a price for regional tensions and geopolitical rivalries.
He emphasized that no state can play a regional role at the expense of security, stability and prosperity in neighboring countries. Gargash said it has become essential to reassess regional policies based on the principles of mutual respect, good neighborly relations and respect for national sovereignty.
The remarks come amid heightened tensions across the Middle East, where regional security, diplomatic engagement and geopolitical competition remain key issues shaping international discussions.
