ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday congratulated the candidates of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on their win in the by-elections in various constituencies of National Assembly and Punjab Assembly.
The prime minister felicitated congratulated Babar Nawaz Khan of NA-18 (Haripur), Muhammad Bilal Badar of NA-96, Daniyal Ahmed of NA-104, Ahmed Shehryar of PP-116, Muhammad Tahir Pervaiz of PP-115, Azad Ali Tabassum of PP-98 of Faisalabad and Mian Sultan Ali Ranjha of PP-73 (Sargodha) for their victory.
“The success in the by-elections is owing to the vision and unparalleled leadership of PML-N Quaid Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and the hard work of party workers. The victory also reflects the people’s trust in the untiring efforts of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for the development of the province’s people,” PM Shehbaz said in a statement.
He added that PML-N victory in by-elections was a testament to the confidence posed by public in the party’s spirit of public-service and government’s performance.
The premier hoped that the winning candidates would work tirelessly to serve the people to meet their expectations.
