Pakistan PM Meets Saudi Crown Prince in Jeddah to Strengthen Ties

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Web Desk: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif held a high-level meeting with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman, in Jeddah today. The delegation included Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Ishaq Dar, and Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister extended warm regards to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and expressed deep appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s long-term support for Pakistan. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s full solidarity and commitment to the Kingdom amid challenging regional circumstances.

Both leaders engaged in detailed discussions on recent regional developments and agreed to continue joint efforts to promote peace and stability in the region. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif assured Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman that Pakistan will consistently stand with Saudi Arabia and contribute to shared objectives of regional security and stability.

Following the meeting, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif departed for Pakistan. At the Royal Terminal of Jeddah International Airport, he was seen off by the Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Riyadh Ahmed Farooq, Pakistan’s Consul General in Jeddah Syed Mustafa Rabbani, and other diplomatic staff.
