The operation specifically targets the Fitna al-Khawarij (the state-designated term for the banned TTP) . Since July 5, a total of 88 terrorists have been eliminated across Balochistan through Operation Shaban and other intelligence-based operations, sources confirmed .

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi congratulated the Pakistan Army, FC Balochistan, and police on the successful operations, saying: “The brave forces have crushed the enemy’s nefarious designs. Terrorists are a burden on the nation; their complete elimination is inevitable. The enemies of peace will find no place to hide anywhere.”
