Karachi, Pakistan – Web Desk: A Pakistani model has made serious allegations against television producer Umar Mukhtar, a close friend of actress Hania Aamir, accusing him of inappropriate online conduct toward women.
Model Mahnoor Raheem shared a video on Instagram in which she alleged that Mukhtar, despite being married, attempted to contact women for casual conversations and displayed inappropriate behavior online. She also recounted her personal experience, claiming that a producer contacted her at 3 a.m. in 2023 while she was in Canada, initially appearing to reach out for professional reasons but later seeking casual interaction.
Raheem said she confronted the producer and shared screenshots with his wife, alleging that he had claimed to be single. She added that she initially did not disclose the name, but social media users quickly identified Umar Mukhtar, with multiple women sharing similar experiences in comments.
Several women, including photographer Maha Wajahat, commented that they had faced similar encounters, with one writing that she wished she had the courage to share her experience publicly. Raheem later released another video, stating that she had received numerous messages from women describing similar incidents, prompting her to publicly name Umar Mukhtar.
Mukhtar is known for his close association with several Pakistani celebrities, including Hania Aamir and Mahira Khan, and has frequently appeared alongside Aamir at public events and social media content.
