KARACHI (Web Desk) – A fire that broke out at a factory near the Driving License Branch in Mehran Town, located in Korangi Industrial Area in Karachi, has been brought under control.
The blaze caused complete destruction of the factory building.
According to fire brigade officials, the firefighting operation involved eight fire tenders and two water bowzers. The factory building was severely damaged by the fire. Fortunately, no workers were present at the time of the incident.
Authorities stated that the factory contained large quantities of fiber, which was consumed by the flames. The exact cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and an investigation has been launched.
The factory specialized in producing various items made from fiber. The fire resulted in the loss of goods worth millions of rupees.
