Jamiat Ahle Hadith Rejects Armed Politics, Condemns Violence in Response to Joint Action Committee

Date:

ISLAMABAD – Web Desk: Jamiat Ahle Hadith Pakistan President Allama Hisham Elahi Zaheer has responded to the activities of the Azad Kashmir Joint Action Committee, making clear that violence and armed resistance against the state, Pakistan Armed Forces, and national institutions are unacceptable under any circumstances.

He stated that the solution to problems lies not in guns or force but in constitutional, legal, and democratic struggle, adding that peaceful political process is the correct and effective path to achieving public rights. Zaheer condemned all forms of armed politics and violent behavior, saying that provocation and factionalism promote chaos and uncertainty in society.

He urged the Joint Action Committee’s leadership to demonstrate responsibility and wisdom, avoiding actions that increase tensions. The solution to Kashmir’s issues is possible through constructive dialogue and within the constitutional framework, he said, noting that the basis of the Kashmir issue is the right to self-determination and public opinion, but violent and provocative actions could harm this objective.
