Lahore, Pakistan – Web Desk: Former Australia captain Tim Paine has described his experience in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) as “enjoyable and memorable,” despite an early exit from the tournament with Multan Sultans.
Paine served as head coach of Multan Sultans during PSL 11, guiding the side through the competition before their campaign ended in the first eliminator. The team was knocked out after an eight-wicket defeat against Hyderabad Kingsmen.
In a statement shared on social media, Paine said it was disappointing to see the journey come to an end but emphasized the positive aspects of his time in the league. “It’s unfortunate our PSL journey has ended, but I had a great time working with some fantastic people,” he said.
He added that the experience of coaching in Pakistan’s premier T20 tournament was highly rewarding and something he thoroughly enjoyed.
The PSL continues to attract international players and coaches, highlighting its growing reputation as one of the leading T20 leagues in world cricket.
