ANKARA, Türkiye – Web Desk : The President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has sharply criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, describing him as “the biggest disaster for Israelis since the The Holocaust.”
Speaking about the ongoing regional tensions, Erdoğan said the current situation has forced many Israeli citizens to spend their nights in shelters due to security concerns.
According to the Turkish leader, even Israeli citizens have begun expressing frustration, with some saying that Netanyahu has become the greatest crisis for Israel since the Holocaust.
Erdoğan also stressed that his government is focused on preventing the situation from deteriorating further and on reducing tensions in the region.
He warned that if the ongoing conflict is not stopped immediately, it could spread and engulf the entire Middle East.
The Turkish president added that Türkiye is actively working to promote peace and is making efforts to bring the conflicting parties to the negotiating table in order to prevent further escalation.
