RAWALPINDI – An anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi has directed authorities to submit the complete record of six cases filed against imprisoned PTI founder Imran Khan in connection with the November 26 protest. The directive came during a hearing on Khan’s bail petitions, presided over by Special Judge Amjad Ali Shah.
Once again, arguments on the bail applications could not proceed, prompting the court to adjourn the hearing until November 6. The judge emphasized that no further progress would be made until the full case records are presented.
It is important to note that bail has already been granted to all other accused in these cases, including Bushra Bibi. One of the cases involves the alleged murder of a police constable from Nasirabad Police Station during the protest.
