Afghanistan Under Taliban: Extremism Threatens Regional Stability

Date:

Kabul, Afghanistan — Web Desk: Global analysts have issued a stark warning about Afghanistan under the Taliban, labeling the current government a serious challenge to regional and global security. Experts say the Taliban’s policies are not only unreliable but could also fuel instability and terrorism across the region.

According to reports from Afghan International, analysts believe the Taliban’s rule is fragile and temporary, with internal unrest on the rise. Senior Russian analysts note that the Taliban’s governance is unsustainable, reflecting deep domestic instability.

Rjab Safarov, Director at the Center for Contemporary Iranian Studies, warned that the Taliban’s extremist environment makes it unlikely they will maintain long-term power. Russian researcher Andrey Serenko added that the Taliban have shown no fundamental change, making them increasingly untrustworthy.

If the Taliban continue their current policies, experts warn that terrorism and instability could spread across the region, posing serious threats to international security.
