Ramallah, West Bank – Web Desk: Israeli forces detained at least 48 Palestinians during overnight raids in the northern occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian official radio .
Raids and Detentions
The raids were concentrated in the village of Tel, west of Nablus, where Israeli forces reportedly detained over 40 young Palestinian men and seized a house, converting it into a field interrogation center. The military also imposed a cordon around the village and conducted widespread house-to-house searches .
Expanded Military Operation
The detentions follow an order by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz on Thursday to expand military operations across Palestinian villages in the West Bank .
