Iranian military spokesman Mohammad Akraminia said Iran has always supported fraternal relations and mutual cooperation with regional countries. He emphasized that the primary duty of Iran’s armed forces is to defend the country’s security, national interests, and sovereignty, and that all necessary measures will be taken to achieve this objective .

Akraminia warned that if US military operations against Iran continue, Iran could expand the scope of its retaliatory actions. “If American aggression persists, the war will expand to new fronts,” he said .
