ECC Approves Wheat Supply to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on PM Shehbaz Sharif’s Directive

ISLAMABAD – Web Desk: The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) has approved the supply of wheat to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the directive of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, according to a statement from the Ministry of National Food Security and Research.

In light of the Prime Minister’s orders, the Ministry of Food Security has completed arrangements for wheat supply to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Federal Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain stated that following the Prime Minister’s instructions, wheat will be provided to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at the fixed official price determined at the beginning of the year, adding that the federal government continues effective measures to ensure the supply of affordable wheat to the public.
