According to the notification, the price cut will also apply to K-Electric consumers.

The reduction has been made under the quarterly adjustment for January to March 2026, while the relief will be passed on to consumers for a three-month period from June to August 2026.

Officials confirmed that the move will provide a total financial relief of Rs 67.17 billion to electricity consumers nationwide.
