Pakistan Vows to Defeat Proxies, Negative Propaganda: Field Marshal

Date:

Quetta, Pakistan – Web Desk: Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Defence Forces, has declared that hostile forces attempting to sabotage Pakistan’s development through proxies and negative propaganda will ultimately fail, according to military media.

During a visit to Quetta Garrison, where he was received by the Corps Commander Quetta, the Field Marshal addressed officers and faculty members at the Command and Staff College. He praised the institution’s high training standards, professional competence, and readiness. He emphasized the importance of emerging technologies, multi-domain operations, inter-services coordination, and staying abreast of future combat challenges, highlighting the rapidly changing nature of modern warfare.

“Graduating officers of this college have always distinguished themselves through exceptional performance and professional dedication,” Field Marshal Munir said. He urged officers to ensure continuous training for themselves and their troops to effectively respond to evolving combat requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of professional skill, preparedness, and operational superiority.

During the visit, the Field Marshal also met with officers and troops deployed in Balochistan. He praised their high morale and paid tribute to their operational readiness and professional commitment toward maintaining peace, stability, and state writ in the province.

“The armed forces, with the unwavering support of the people, are committed to the complete eradication of all forms of terrorism,” Field Marshal Munir stated. “Pakistan’s progress and ascent cannot be stopped through propaganda, fake news, or externally sponsored terrorism. Hostile forces will ultimately fail due to the strength of the state and the unity of the people.”

He further asserted that sustainable development is contingent upon effective security measures alongside pro-people strategies and improved governance. The Field Marshal also appreciated the Balochistan government’s efforts for social and economic improvement and for strengthening the bond between the state and its citizens.

Emphasizing the importance of lasting peace and stability in Balochistan, he concluded that long-term development is impossible without public welfare-based strategies and better governance.
