Tel Aviv, Israel – Web Desk: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has signaled a hardline stance on tensions with Iran, stating that Israel is fully prepared to resume military operations at any time if necessary.
In his latest remarks, Netanyahu said Israel still has strategic objectives that could be achieved either through a diplomatic agreement or by restarting the conflict.
He emphasized that the current ceasefire arrangement does not include the Lebanese group Hezbollah, underlining ongoing security concerns on multiple fronts.
“The Israeli military is on full alert, and our finger is on the trigger,” he said, warning that any threat or decision would be met with immediate action.
Netanyahu reiterated Israel’s determination to dismantle Iran’s enriched uranium program, whether through diplomatic pressure or military force.
He added that while Israel supported the current ceasefire, it should not be viewed as a permanent resolution but rather a temporary phase in a broader conflict.
Analysts warn that such statements could further escalate tensions in the Middle East and potentially undermine ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at stabilizing the region.
