Mumbai, India – Web Desk: Bollywood scriptwriter Salim Khan has been discharged from Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital after nearly a month of treatment for a brain hemorrhage, sources confirmed on March 18, 2026.
Salim Khan, a veteran screenwriter and father of actor Salman Khan, was admitted on February 17. Doctors reported a gradual improvement in his condition, and a specialized medical team monitored him closely throughout his stay. During treatment, a clot was successfully removed, and doctors expressed satisfaction with his recovery.
Salman Khan personally visited the hospital early in the morning around 6:00 AM to complete discharge formalities. Salim Khan left the hospital at 10:24 AM, accompanied by other family members.
This marks a positive turn in the health of the Bollywood veteran, who has contributed extensively to the industry through iconic films and collaborations with major actors and filmmakers.
