Pakistan’s ‘Operation Ghazab Lil Haq’ Continues Against Afghan Taliban

Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: Pakistan’s “Operation Ghazab Lil Haq” is progressing as the military continues targeted actions against the Afghan Taliban regime, Federal Information Minister Atta Tarar confirmed.

Tarar stated that Pakistan has carried out an effective and robust retaliatory response to threats and cross-border attacks. He added that the operation remains ongoing to neutralize active dangers along the border.

“The air defense system successfully intercepted a Taliban drone, highlighting the joint efforts of Afghan terrorists and the Taliban,” Tarar said. “Pakistan has responded decisively to suicide attacks and cross-border assaults, reflecting the link between terrorism in Pakistan and Afghan soil.”

According to military sources, “Operation Ghazab Lil Haq” has so far resulted in the deaths of 274 Taliban personnel, with more than 400 injured. The military destroyed 115 tanks and armored vehicles, fully demolished 73 outposts, and captured 18 border checkpoints.

DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry added that airstrikes targeted 22 locations in Kabul, Kandahar, Paktia, Nangarhar, and Khost. All Taliban attacks were successfully repelled. The operation has so far cost Pakistan 12 soldiers’ lives, with 27 injured and one reported missing.

“Pakistan responded so forcefully across 53 locations that the world has witnessed the strength and professionalism of our armed forces,” the DG ISPR said.
