The report highlights a shared ideological vision between India and Israel, portraying minorities as potential security and territorial threats. It states that factions aligned with the Hindutva ideology are increasingly influenced by Israeli governance, emphasizing strict surveillance and security measures.
According to the report, since 2019, security arrangements in Indian-administered Kashmir have been tightened, including the establishment of checkposts, raids, and communication blackouts. It also references the controversial “Bulldozer Justice” policy, under which homes and shops have reportedly been demolished—a practice criticized by opponents as extra-judicial.
Al Jazeera further notes concerns over the use of advanced technology to monitor dissenting voices, raising questions from human rights organizations about the situation in Kashmir. The report did not include an official response from the Indian government regarding these allegations.
