Gold prices fall sharply in Karachi after four-day gap

KARACHI (Web Desk) – A significant decline has been recorded in gold prices at both global and local levels after a gap of four days.

In the international market, the price of gold per ounce dropped by 214 dollars, reaching 4,850 dollars per ounce.

In bullion markets across Pakistan, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs21,400, bringing it down to Rs507,762.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs18,347, settling at Rs435,324.

Silver prices also witnessed a decline nationwide. The price of silver per tola dropped by Rs1,430 to Rs7,825, while the price of 10 grams of silver fell by Rs1,226 to Rs6,708.
