(Web Desk) – Six people lost their lives and two seriously injured when a small van fell into a ravine in Abbottabad on Saturday morning.
The accident occurred in Baran Gali, located in Abbottabad. The ill-fated van was overloaded with passengers and was travelling to Abbottabad.
Soon after receiving the accident report, a Rescue 1122 team rushed to the site and started a rescue operation to bring out the dead and injured from the ravine.
Groom arrested for displaying fireworks
In another incident, police arrested a groom along with fireworks items who was displaying fireworks at his wedding ceremony.
The incident occurred in the Mirpur Police Station jurisdiction of Abbottabad. Police registered a case and started an investigation.
