LAHORE (Web Desk) – The Lahore sessions court has granted a request by Imran Khan’s lawyer for more time to conduct cross-examination in the Rs10 billion defamation suit filed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

According to the written order issued by Judge Yilmaz Ghani, witness Attaullah Tarar appeared on behalf of Shehbaz Sharif and recorded his statement. The court approved the defense’s plea for an extension to cross-examine the witness.

The order states that Attaullah Tarar will now appear on November 15 for cross-examination.
