(Web Desk)- Opposition parties in the Senate on Saturday held an emergency meeting to finalize their strategy after the approval of the 27th Constitutional Amendment draft by the federal cabinet.
Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Barrister Ali Zafar presided over the meeting. The participants of the meeting reviewed whether to reject the amendment or suggest some proposals to further improve these amendments.
Prominent among those who attended the meeting included nominated Leader of the Opposition in the Senate, Raja Nasir Abbas, Senator Noorul Haq Qadri, Senator Falak Naz Chitrali, Senator Abbas, and others.
