The attackers damaged the front door and a window. Hussain later showed a flower pot that he said was used to try to smash the window beside the main entrance. The footage showed visible cracks in the glass.
According to Hussain’s account, the men made two attempts to enter the property. He said they initially entered the premises and left before returning about 10 minutes later.
Altaf Hussain Was Inside
Hussain was reportedly inside the residence when the incident occurred and was in his bedroom a short distance from where the attempted entry took place.
The intruders reportedly fled after a security alarm was activated, according to the MQM account.
