MUMBAI – Web Desk: Bollywood actor Govinda has revealed that before the shooting of the film “Partner,” he advised Salman Khan to overcome a difficult phase and focus on himself, according to Indian news agency ANI.

Govinda said Salman was going through a lot before the film, which left him under mental stress and quiet. He told Salman: “You’ve seen enough outside, now you need to look inside yourself. You are a hero, but right now you don’t look like one because you seem sad and troubled.”

When Salman asked what he should do, Govinda advised him to exercise for two to three hours daily. He also told Salman that after Dharmendra, he is the actor with the best personality and charisma gifted by nature, and that he would rule the film industry in the coming years.

“Partner,” released in 2007, featured the popular pairing of Salman Khan and Govinda, which was widely loved by fans.
