HANGU, PAKISTAN — WEB DESK: A Pakistan Army captain was martyred and seven militants were killed during an intelligence-based operation in Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the military’s media wing said.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted the operation based on reported intelligence about the presence of militants in the area.

Seven militants killed

ISPR said security forces effectively engaged the militants during the operation, resulting in the deaths of seven militants.

The military’s statement did not immediately provide further details about the identities or affiliations of the militants.
