Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan have expressed concern over the renewed tensions between Iran and the United States, stressing the need to give diplomatic mediation efforts the time and space required to succeed.
Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: According to Pakistan’s Foreign Office (FO), the two foreign ministers held a telephone conversation during which they discussed the latest regional developments, particularly following the signing of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The ministers agreed that renewed conflict serves no one’s interests and could undermine regional peace and stability. Prince Faisal shared Saudi Arabia’s perspective on ongoing diplomatic efforts and underscored the importance of de-escalation through continued dialogue.
