TEHRAN, Iran – Web Desk: Funeral prayers for Iran’s martyred Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and four members of his family were offered in Tehran on Sunday, drawing millions of mourners to the Imam Khomeini Mosalla Mosque.

The funeral prayer was led by Ayatollah Jafar Subhani and attended by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, senior government officials, military commanders, religious scholars, and members of the Khamenei family.

Among those present were the late leader’s three sons—Masoud, Meysam, and Mostafa Khamenei—along with millions of supporters who gathered to pay their final respects.

The ceremony was also attended by Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Commander Ahmad Vahidi and Quds Force Commander Esmail Qaani, underscoring the significance of the national mourning event.

The funeral prayer marks one of the largest public gatherings in Iran in recent years, with official funeral ceremonies continuing ahead of the main funeral procession scheduled in Tehran.
