Date:

Karachi, Pakistan – Web Desk: South Africa’s Women’s Under-19 cricket team is set to tour Pakistan for the first time in July, marking a significant milestone in women’s youth international cricket relations between the two countries.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), both Pakistan and South Africa U19 women’s teams will participate in training sessions at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi from July 11 to 13 ahead of the series.

A five-match T20 series between the two sides will be played from July 14 to 24, with all matches scheduled at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.

The South African squad is expected to arrive in Karachi on July 10, with both teams using the pre-series window for practice and preparation sessions.

The match schedule includes the first T20 on July 14, followed by fixtures on July 17, 19, 22, and 24.

Officials say the series will serve as important preparation for upcoming international events, including the ACC Women’s T20 Asia Cup and the ICC Women’s U19 T20 World Cup.

The PCB Women’s Department recently organized training camps in Karachi to further develop young talent and strengthen the national U19 setup.

The tour is expected to enhance competitive exposure and strengthen cricketing ties between Pakistan and South Africa in the women’s game.
