Bahrain says child injured in iranian drone attack damage

Date:

Manama, Bahrain – Web Desk: Bahrain’s Interior Ministry has said that Iranian drone attacks led to the injury of an 11-year-old girl and caused damage to residential homes and vehicles across several areas.

According to the ministry, the country’s air defense systems intercepted and destroyed multiple drones. However, falling debris reportedly caused secondary damage on the ground, including fires in some vehicles and structural damage to nearby houses.

Officials confirmed that the injured child sustained minor injuries and received medical treatment. No major casualties have been reported so far.

Social media images circulating online show burned vehicles, damaged buildings, and affected residential neighborhoods. Authorities have begun assessing the extent of the damage and continue monitoring the situation closely.

The Interior Ministry urged residents to follow official instructions and avoid spreading unverified information. Security agencies remain on high alert amid rising regional tensions between Iran and the United States, which analysts warn could further destabilize Gulf security.
