Iran claims missile strikes on Nevatim and Tel Nof air bases in Israel

Date:

Tehran / Tel Aviv – Web Desk: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed responsibility for strikes on Israel’s Tel Nof Airbase, saying the attack was carried out in response to Israeli strikes on radar installations inside Iran.

The IRGC said its operations targeted the Israeli airbase as part of a broader retaliation campaign and warned it is prepared for expanded operations across multiple fronts if escalation continues.

The statement did not provide details on the extent of damage or casualties.

In a separate development, the Israeli military said it had struck a petrochemical complex in Mahshahr in southwestern Iran, claiming multiple targets were hit during the operation.

Israeli forces said the strikes were part of ongoing military actions targeting infrastructure in response to earlier Iranian attacks.

The exchange marks a further escalation in tensions between Iran and Israel, with both sides continuing to carry out retaliatory strikes across the region.
