US Delivers 6,500 Tons of Military Equipment to Israel

Date:

Tel Aviv, Israel – Web Desk: Israel’s Ministry of Defense said it received 6,500 tons of military equipment from the United States on Wednesday, as part of ongoing logistical support amid heightened regional tensions.

According to the ministry, the shipment arrived via two cargo ships and multiple aircraft, carrying a wide range of military supplies, including ammunition, armored vehicles, military trucks, and additional defense equipment.

The ministry stated that vessels docking at the ports of Haifa and Ashdod were loaded with “thousands of aerial and ground munitions,” along with logistical support vehicles. The equipment has since been distributed to various military bases across the country using ground transport.

Officials added that since the outbreak of war with Iran on February 28, Israel has received more than 115,600 tons of military supplies through 403 flights and 10 cargo ships from the United States.

The continued flow of military aid highlights Washington’s strong defense cooperation with Israel amid ongoing regional instability and security challenges.
