Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: Another Pakistan-linked vessel has departed from Kuwait and is heading toward the Strait of Hormuz, according to sources familiar with maritime movements.
Sources said the vessel Khairpur is expected to pass through the Strait of Hormuz on Monday. Two other ships, Khairpur and Shalamaar, had already entered the strategic waterway on Sunday.
The vessel Shalamaar is currently sailing through the Gulf of Oman, while regional maritime traffic continues to operate under heightened geopolitical attention.
The Strait of Hormuz remains one of the world’s most critical energy shipping routes, connecting the Persian Gulf with global markets. Any movement through the region is closely monitored due to ongoing regional tensions and security concerns.
