Trump Says Iran War Near End, Deal Expected Soon

Date:

Washington, United States – Web Desk: US President Donald Trump has said that the ongoing conflict with Iran is nearing its end, expressing optimism that a potential agreement could be reached soon despite continuing tensions in the region.

In an interview with Fox News, Trump stated, “I think the war is very close to ending. I would say it’s almost over,” signaling a possible diplomatic breakthrough.

He added that the situation is expected to become clearer in the coming days, claiming that Iran is keen to finalize a deal. “They very much want to make an agreement,” he said.

The US president also reiterated his stance that American military actions have played a critical role in preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, arguing that without intervention, Tehran could have already reached that capability.

Analysts note that Trump’s remarks come at a time when geopolitical tensions in the Middle East remain high, even as diplomatic efforts continue behind the scenes to secure a ceasefire or broader agreement.
