Iran Claims Drone Strikes on Israeli Defense Facilities

Date:

Tehran, Iran – Web Desk: Iran’s military has claimed it carried out drone strikes targeting key Israeli defense infrastructure and weapons manufacturing facilities, according to an official statement released on Monday.

The statement said multiple combat drones were deployed in the operation, striking sites linked to Elbit Systems and industrial zones including Kanafot and Nof Hagalil, as well as weapons production facilities in Tel Aviv.

Iranian officials alleged that the targeted sites are involved in the development of advanced missile and defense systems, including components associated with the Iron Dome.

The statement described Elbit Systems as a major player in electronic warfare, drone manufacturing, surveillance technologies, and radar systems, supplying military equipment to multiple countries.

It also identified Kanafot Industries Organization as being engaged in aerospace engineering and the production of aircraft and helicopter components.

There has been no immediate confirmation or response from Israeli authorities regarding the reported strikes. The claims come amid heightened regional tensions, with both sides exchanging warnings as concerns grow over further escalation in the Middle East.
