Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz confirms full emergency response after deadly Islamabad Imam Bargah blast.

Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: Following a devastating suicide blast at Khadijah-ul-Kubra Imam Bargah in Islamabad’s Tarlai area during Friday prayers, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has deployed 25 emergency ambulances to the capital. Rawalpindi hospitals have been placed on high alert, with surgical teams, blood banks, and operation theaters fully prepared to handle the influx of injured.

Maryam Nawaz stated that the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Rawalpindi have been instructed to provide all possible assistance. The blast has reportedly claimed the lives of around 30 individuals and injured more than 150, prompting swift emergency response measures in the twin cities.
