PA approves resolution seeking ban on PTI and leadership

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Punjab Assembly has approved a resolution seeking ban on PTI and its leaders including founder Imran Khan.

The resolution was moved in the House by PML-N MPA Tahir Pervez.

According to the text of the resolution, PTI was leashing malicious propaganda against the state institutions which guaranteed Pakistan’s integrity and stability of Pakistan and which defeated a five times bigger enemy country India during Marka-e-Haq.

PTI and its founder and leader, who are instrumental in spreading discord and spreading anti-country rhetoric and hostile to Pakistan, should be banned.

The resolution maintained that action should be taken against those who speak against the security forces in accordance with the law of the land and PTI should be punished accordingly, the text says.

The resolution paid tribute to Pak Army and its personnel who are committed to the stability and security of Pakistan.
