(Web Desk) – US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll arrived in Abu Dhabi on Monday for peace talks with Ukraine’s military intelligence chief and a Russian delegation, the Financial Times reported.
Driscoll and the Russians began talks on Monday night, the report said, citing two people familiar with the matter.
