Hearing of Toshakhana-II case against Imran Khan, Bushra cancelled

RAWALPINDI: The hearing of Toshakhana-II case against former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, which was due to be held at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi today, was cancelled late Wednesday night.

The next date for the hearing of the case will be announced at the Judicial Complex today. 

On Wednesday, the hearing of the Toshakhana-II case was held inside Adiala Jail.

Special Central Judge Islamabad, Shah Rukh Arjumand heard the case. 

Qausain Faisal appeared as the defence counsel for Imran, while Special Public Prosecutor Umair Majid Malik represented the FIA.

During the hearing, the defense completed the cross-examination of the 19th prosecution witness. 

So far, testimonies from all 20 prosecution witnesses have been recorded, with 19 of them have been cross-examined.

Both Imran and Bushra Bibi were present in the courtroom during the proceedings.
